  • Tier 2 - Active Case Support

    End-to-end support from disciplinary hearing through to settlement or tribunal.
    Valid for 6 months
    • Everything in Tier 1
    • Review of all employer correspondence & documents
    • Drafting of letters, grievances & appeal submissions
    • Preparation & coaching for hearings
    • Guidance through ACAS Early Conciliation
    • Ongoing phone & email support throughout
    • Referral to solicitors for independent settlement advice and

  • Tier 3 - Tribunal Companion

    800£
    Attend the Employment Tribunal with someone experienced in your corner.
    Valid for 12 months
    • Attendance as your McKenzie Friend
    • Help following tribunal procedure
    • Note-taking throughout the hearing
    • In-hearing support and guidance
    • Covers first 3 hearing days — £200 per day thereafter
    • Available standalone or added to Tier 2
