Treated Unfairly at Work Because of Who You Are?

Discrimination at work is unlawful, whether it's about your age, sex, race, disability, religion, pregnancy, or anything else about you.

If something feels wrong, it's worth checking.

Discrimination isn't always obvious. But you feel it.

Being passed over for promotion. Treated differently after announcing a pregnancy. Excluded, undermined, or held to different standards than colleagues. Reasonable adjustments refused.

It can be subtle, and employers rarely admit it. That doesn't mean it isn't happening, and it doesn't mean you have to accept it.

You deserve to know whether what you're experiencing crosses the line, and what you can do about it.

You don't have to prove it alone.
